Here’s how you can make a difference:
If you believe you have witnessed what looked to be illegal dumping or other environmental abuses, please take the time to file a complaint. Feel free to submit a complaint via our online complaint form below or call us and ask to speak directly with a police officer.
The Waste Authority offers a reward system that gives you an incentive to keep Monroe County clean and free of litter. If the Waste Authority wins the conviction in District Court on behalf of your complaint, you will be rewarded $25.00 and the satisfaction of helping to eliminate illegal dumping.
