
The Monroe County Municipal Waste Management Authority has a cooperative agreement with the PA Department of Transportation and the PA Game Commission for the collection and disposal of roadkill deer from Monroe County, Pennsylvania township roadways.
The deer removal program permits The Waste Authority to collect and dispose of roadkill deer ONLY (no other animals will be collected or disposed of under the terms of this agreement). The deer removal program prohibits The Waste Authority to collect and dispose roadkill deer on private property and state roads.
