HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 3:30PM

Rural Transfer Station accepts all waste transported by a car, truck, trailer or combination having a gross vehicle weight of 17,000 pounds or LESS.

All waste materials are subject to inspection and may be rejected in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) regulations.

Customer Unloading Requirement
Customers are responsible for unloading their own materials. Any customer arriving with a large quantity or volume of material is responsible for unloading and properly placing the material in the designated area.
If your vehicle does NOT dump or unload mechanically, you are responsible for manually unloading your vehicle. Waste Authority employees are not responsible for unloading customer vehicles.
Customers must follow all directions from Waste Authority personnel and place materials only in the designated areas.
